JHammaH’s Video Encoder
JHammaH’s Video Encoder is a free HandBrake alternative for Windows. I built it for 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 chroma subsampling. It encodes HEVC, H.264, and AV1, and it works with NVIDIA, AMD, Intel Arc, and CPU encoders. FFmpeg is included, so you have nothing else to install.

Do I need an NVIDIA graphics card?
